Locating your precare guide and instructions

Following your precare guide is an important part of supporting your in-clinic experience. You'll easily find your precare guide located in a "black" button in your appointment confirmation email.

Simply locate your appointment confirmation email from scheduling@acuityscheduling.com. Inside you'll find precare/postcare guides for each of our services.

If you are unable to locate your original confirmation email simply email our reception and we'll be happy to forward you the latest version of your precare guide.
