How To Make A Delivery

This article outlines the processes to make a delivery to IVONNE in Place de Ville.

Loading Areas

Depending on the size and duration of the delivery, deliveries can be made at the following locations:

  1. The loading bay at 320 Queen Street near the Delta Hotel
  2. The loading zone on the street at 320 Queen Street directly outside the doors of Place de Ville Tower A at the pedestrian ramp
  3. In the loading/parking zone at 112 Kent Street

    4. Vehicles with a height of no greater than 2.8 metres may have access to a dedicated flat surface loading area at 320 Queen Street. It is strongly advised to first assess the ramp and loading area before proceeding to make any delivery.

    Monday through Friday from 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

    For Saturday or Sunday deliveries, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
